The coffee table came with deep scratches on the top. I contacted customer service to have item replaced or my money refunded. I was told I could not get my money back or entire item replaced. I was offered a small discount to just keep item as is. It looks terrible. That was unacceptable. My only choice was having a replacement part sent. I reluctantly accepted as there was no other choice given to me. Was told part would be here by August 20th. Now I have received a message that it will be delayed for 10days before it is shipped to me. According to the wayfair policy, I can send it back, but at my expense. I also could return it to the nearest store that is one and a half hours from me. Completely unacceptable. I will never order from this company again.
