I love that this bookshelf shipped in one box. It was heavy! It took me and my partner about 3 hours to assemble. All the instructions were not clear but we managed to get it done. Shelf seems pretty sturdy! It is also pretty tall so measure first. I have high ceilings and still have about 2 - 3 feet to the ceiling after placing my monitor on top. I wouldn’t say it is heavy duty made of the similar material from the 30 shelf I replaced. I love how it fits perfectly in the corner of my bedroom. There is plenty of storage space. The shelf comes with black tabs that you are supposed to use to cover the screws…. They don’t stick well and they are already starting to peel up. I wanted to give 5 stars but the drawer pulls were only so I replaced them (that’s what in the pics) and the white stickers to cover the screws are not sticking. There also were not nearly enough sent. 22 stickers came with it and I needed 24 more. Also, I changed the handles. The original ones aren’t as nice. This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri. For the price, this product is great. It did take a long time to put together, but the storage it offers is excellent. Bought two. Each order comes in two separate boxes. I received three out of the four boxes on time, while one box was received days later! Besides this issue, the result was pretty good. Took a while to assemble the first one, but once you figure it out, it is not difficult. You just need to follow the instructions carefully. The only down side is that the low portion of the closet rod is way too low in order to hang anything!!! So I did not mount the hanging bar, and instead use it for my shoes, buying a shoe rack.
