So far we are impressed with this l-shaped bed. It is just what we needed for a loft hang-out/sleeping space. First, the bed was shoddily pulled together with very cheap wood. So cheap that furniture assembly guy remarked that I should shop elswhere next time. The beds lacked full support for a mattress and a good portion of the wood was discolored if you looked closely. It had at least 50 pieces and 300 nails—I am not joking. Further, the Angi "professional" they matched me with canceled during the arrival window after we had already donated the two beds we were replacing the night before. 10 days between scheduling and arrival, but the appropriate time to update us was the hour of arrival... Angi immediately rescheduled us for 8p on a weeknight. In the age of AI, how is it possible that a bed for children would be recommended to be assembled from 8- 10 p.m. at night? This company uses partners, vendors, and AI in all the wrong ways. I am appreciative of this experience, though, because the kids are old enough not to jump on beds -- it'll last the length of time we need it. From 10 ft away, it even looks respectable.
