The Wildflowers Ceramic Mug Set of 4 is designed for moments when you want your cup to feel as comforting as what is inside it. Each mug is wrapped in its own field of blossoms and branches, some painted over rich charcoal and others over hazy greens and mauves, so every glance reveals new details—an unexpected seed head, a curved leaf, a bloom that seems to catch the light. The watercolor styling keeps the artwork soft and fluid, more like a wash of color than a rigid print, giving the mugs a relaxed, lived-in elegance. Because the four designs share a gentle, coordinated palette, they play well together whether lined up on a shelf or scattered across a breakfast table. The shapes are practical and inviting: tall enough for a generous pour, wide enough for comfortable sipping and fitted with handles that are easy to wrap your fingers around.

All the mugs arrived in perfect condition. They are very pretty. The mugs are larger than I thought they would be.. Anita. US. Fri Mar 13 2026

A highly skilled artisan copperplate engraver, company founder, and chairman August Grove formed the Pottery business in the early 1970s producing character jugs and figurines, and later the fine bone for which he would become globally renowned. His fine bone china clay (or “body”) was made with a blend of bone ash (44%), feldspar (30%), and kaolin clay (26%) to give the product an exquisite translucent appearance; yet it was found to be stronger and more chip-resistant than all other porcelain products available. Every August Grove ceramic product is made using a recognized premium-grade fine bone china body following the same principles perfected two hundred and thirty years ago.

There is a particular magic to a beautiful mug on a cold winter morning — the weight of it in the hands, the warmth radiating through the stoneware, the quiet satisfaction of a moment that belongs entirely to you and the season. The Woodland Mugs bring that magic to life with four generously sized, richly illustrated pieces that transform the simple ritual of a hot drink into a celebration of winter. The botanical illustration wraps each 18-ounce stoneware body with the serene imagery of the holiday forest: sweeping pine boughs in deep, saturated green, warm tawny pinecones nestled among the needles, and vivid red berry clusters glowing like small fires against the pure white ground. Fill them with coffee, spiced cider, hot cocoa, or tea. Let the season pour in with every cup. Set of four, microwave and dishwasher safe, and designed for the full, generous, warmly repeated rituals that make the holiday season so deeply and enduringly special.
