Copper Mini Saucepan

Made in France since 1814, Matfer Bourgeat Copper Cookware is the premium choice of a generation of professional French chefs. This cookware combines the optimum heat conductivity of copper with the easy cleaning properties of a stainless steel interior and requires no tin plating or special maintenance. This sauce pan's durable, riveted cast iron handle and grip ensures reliable cool touch support and balance when lifting and pouring, while it's tapered rim makes pouring drip-free, making transferring sauce from the pan as easy as possible. This pan is just as versatile as it is heavy-duty, as it's compatible with all hobs and stove types, except induction. To clean, simply hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water. Please note that the copper material will develop a rich patina over time, but this will not affect the quality of the pan or its cooking performance. To keep it looking new and shiny, try using Matfer's Bistro Copper Cleaning Paste, sold separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didnt expect to love this saucepan this much, but this 8" 3qt one really surprised me in the best way. First off, its gorgeous. The copper exterior gives it such warm, elevated look that honestly makes my whole stovetop feel more high-end. It's one of those pieces you don't feel like hiding away in a cabinet. Beyond looks, it performs really well. It heats up evenly and holds temperature nicely, which makes cooking sauces or reheating food feel much controlled (no random hot spots). The size is also super practical, perfect for everyday use without feeling bulky. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable, and overall it just gives that "quality" vibe when you are using it. It's a great mix of style and function. If you are someone who appreciates cookware that looks as good as it works, this one is definitely worth it.. Patriciar. Tue Apr 21 2026

I've wanted a 4 quart pot with this shape vs. a lower, wider one for quite a while. AllClad was what I had my eye on, but I just couldn't justify the price. When I found this Cuisinart pot with the desired shape, at a vastly better price, MADE IN FRANCE, I was thrilled. It wasn't in stock when I ordered it, but was well worth waiting for. The M150 Copper Cookware collection's two-ply construction consists of 90-percent copper and 10-percent 18/10 stainless steel. The cookware's durable, ultra-thin stainless-steel interior preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of foods, while its 1-1/2-mm thick copper exterior heats evenly and conducts faster than other metals. In fact, copper is twice as conductive as aluminum and 10 times more conductive than stainless steel, which means fast, even heating and rapid cool down, providing chefs maximum control over the cooking process. Thoughtfully designed, the pan's two loop side handles come riveted for strength and stay cool to the touch on the stovetop for comfortable lifting or transport. Its matching lid fits securely to trap in heat, moisture, and nutrients, plus offers a looped, riveted handle for simple removal. The easy-to-clean cookware can be used on gas, electric, halogen, or induction (with a disc) cooktops, and it will even withstand an oven's heat..
