I've had this fire pit for several years now. I will say, it's held up well for all the abuse I've given it! Some very big, hot fires. I use it for yard/tree debris, and the occasional, sit around the fire with a glass or two of wine. It's been left out in the rain and snow and none the worse for it. My only complaint is the design cut into the metal. A few more connections would have made it better. Some of the deer/antlers have warped, probably from the heat, and are leaning out. Brayden Studio manufactures and utilizes industrial-strength tank heads for the bowls used in our fire pits. Tank heads are the end caps on cylindrically shaped pressure vessels. They generally comply with ASME standards because of the high pressures they must withstand for use with gas storage tanks and reactors.

The firepit took a few weeks to arrive, and was worth the wait. It is exactly as described and pictured. The only drawback is that the straps that secured it to the pallet rubbed the black finish off on all four sides so we will need to fix that as it is too heavy to return.
