Bought these pans after doing some research. Even though the reviews were really good, I kept my expectations minimal. They actually far exceeded expectations with their quality. I got them to replace some Rachael Ray ones that I've had for a few years at our Airbnb. Pans get a lot of abuse! Hopefully these will stand up to people using forks and other metal in them. I already did this review on the first skillet that I received.. the first one arrived looking like it had been through a hurricane. The shipping box was fine, but the actual box that the skillet was in, was a mess! It was filthy dirty, smashed and torn . The skillet was scuffed, but it still did a nice job cooking. Have cooked many things with it and everything turns out great. You can keep the heat at a lower setting and it cooks evenly and doesn't burn. My family loved the pot roast that I made in it.. Mimi.
