NanoNond presents an entirely new category of clean cooking, stick-resistant cookware. Instead of formulating a new coating, we made the cookware itself better, stronger, safer, and easier to clean. For groundbreaking innovations in cookware, equip the kitchen with a Hestan NanoBond Molecular Titanium Stainless Steel Skillet. These high-performance skillets are designed to heat quickly and thoroughly for better browning and searing. Hestan's innovative cookware technology, Molecular Titanium, bonds thousands of titanium nano-layers to the 18/10 stainless steel construction, creating a brilliantly resilient cooking surface 4X harder than typical stainless steel, making it resistant to scratching, staining, and salt pitting. These 100% non-reactive frying pans are fitted with ergonomic handles for a comfortable grip when cooking and serving culinary creations. These kitchen workhorses also provide 20% more surface area than traditional frying pans in their size class. High heat and oven-safe to a scorching 1050°F, these Italian handcrafted skillets offer lifetime durability for culinary perfection.

For ultimate performance and modern elegance, equip the kitchen with a Hestan CopperBond Induction Copper Skillet. Constructed from 5-layers of 18/10 stainless steel and a 100% copper core for quick, even heating and exceptional temperature control. These kitchen workhorses are designed for quick heating, are ideally weighted, and have 20% more surface area than traditional fry pans for better browning, searing, and sauteing. The ergonomic handle has been designed for maximum comfort and control and is secured with flush rivets for easy cleaning and nesting storage capability. Handcrafted in Italy, these innovative, induction-compatible frying pans are oven safe to 600°F for superior cooking versatility.

This, for me, is the perfect in-between fit because I like temperature control and our All-Clad pans stay hot for a pretty long time. This pan, on the other hand, is very responsive but still retains heat, so it hits the sweet spot in terms of size (not splashing all over the counter because the pan is pretty big), weight (because it feels a lot lighter than our equivalent All-Clad Copper Core), and responsiveness (in terms of turning down the heat or adjusting up and down as you're cooking multiple items in a frying pan). I just love this addition to our family!. Juergen. Florida. Fri Sep 18 2026

For ethnic cuisines or home spun favorites, the Lodge cast iron wok offers a large cooking surface that retains heat well, making short work of any dish.

Excellent sauté pan. My favorite of them all. I was a bit hesitant to buy such an expensive matfer. But we’ll worth the price. There is however a mistake in the information that is on the website. The numbers mean the inches in diameter not capacity. Other than that, extremely good quality. Anup. Potomac, MD. Thu Oct 27 2022

A saute pan scores high points for versatility. They have a larger surface area so you can fit lots of ingredients, stir them or toss them around, and have them cook evenly. Meanwhile, their straight sides are not too short or too tall, keeping oils from splattering and foods from flying out of the pan, so there’s less to clean after. As part of our Copper Core collection, this saute pan features a thick copper core, 2 layers of aluminum, and 2 layers of stainless steel. This unique construction makes it ultra-responsive to heat, disperses heat evenly, and creates unmatched, long-lasting durability. For an added touch of elegance, it has a polished surface and a cutout that shows off that lustrous copper. It’s large enough to cook for a small gathering or the family and has enough for leftovers. Bonded, engineered, and assembled in the USA. Backed by All-Clad's limited lifetime warranty.
