I ordered the slate gray and they are definitely not gray if you're really looking for that color. These sheets are good for the price. They do wrinkle a little but for the price that should not be an issue. They are breathable…so not hot. Yes, they are expensive and worth every penny! I'm not sure WHY the title has the word "Sateen" in the description. These are the same SUPERIOR brand sheets I have purchased for 12-15 years and they are 100% Egyptian Cotton and sturdy not thin like many of sateen sheets are.
