This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. Not what I was expecting but definitely a great addition to our play room! As far as color goes it is exactly as pictured, and very soft. Our chair has seemed to either not fully form (it arrived condensed/rolled up) or it just has looser fabric for a more beanbag like feel.
