Clad from 5 layers of metal for even heating and expert searing, this Award-Winning chef favorite lasts a lifetime. Meet a true kitchen workhorse. Crafted in Italy from 5 layers of metal, the Stainless Clad Frying Pan delivers a durable, easy-to-clean cooking surface with superior heat conduction and distribution. This 5-ply construction means far more searing and flavor-building, and far fewer hot spots and burnt-on messes. The Frying Pan yields crusty butter-basted steaks, pan sauces that come together faster, and crispier, lacier edges on perfectly fried eggs. The curvature of the walls is calculated for deeper searing and easier flipping, while a rolled rim allows you to pthe sauces without spilling. The hollow build of the proprietary Stay Cool Handle dissipates heat to keep it from getting scalding hot while on the stovetop. This means the heat stays on the ingredients, not the hands.

An everyday staple.. Trina. Philadelphia, PA. Tue Sep 22 2026

Brisket, short ribs, pork shoulder, with a beautiful selection of root vegetables, for a large party—the limit to what you can braise is your culinary imagination. Its tight-fitting lid and tall sides lock in moisture and flavor, creating savory, tender meats for the family or small kitchens. Part of the collection, the tri-ply clad braiser is made of premium 18/10 stainless steel, an aluminum core, and a layer of magnetic stainless steel. The construction means the braiser heats from all sides—not just the bottom. Designed to withstand repeated usage even in the most demanding kitchens, it also features stainless steel ergonomic handles riveted for additional support and easy maneuvering. The braiser is compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and is oven-safe up to 500°F /260°C.

Great quality pan. Highly recommend. Renee. Havre De Grace, MD. Wed Sep 02 2026

The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026
