The solid disk elements are constructed from cast iron, ensuring extreme durability. These elements also retain heat longer than traditional coil or glass top surfaces, making them ideal for keeping the contents in your pots and pans warmer before serving. Even heat distribution helps to improve your cooking results. This unit includes push-to-turn knobs and an "on" indicator light for each burner for added safety. With its modern style and durable design, the CSD4B300 is a great choice for hotels, mobile homes, tiny houses, and other small kitchens with specific cooking needs. The Gas Cooktop offers a full range of burners for all of your cooking needs. Continuous Cast Iron Grates provide a sleek and smooth design while front linear controls are easy to reach.

Have this for about 15 months. Using Barkeepers for stainless steel to clean but over time, some spills have become impossible to remove. Any recommendations on other acceptable safe cleaners? I have black stainless steel. The cooktop works well. Too bad the hortizontal piece on which the knobs sit become very hot when the stove is in use. Need to be careful. Despite manual specifying what size of pots/pans should be used on which burners, I've been able to have at least 3 large pots/pans all cooking at once.. Visionquest1928. Southern California. Summit's selection of Safety First electric cooktops includes thoughtfully designed choices ideal for trusted user safety in hotel rooms, extended stay suites, independent living facilities, and other kitchen settings that require an added level of peace of mind. All Safety First cooktops have an extended 3-year limited warranty for parts and labor. The SINCH115V2B is a 2-zone induction cooktop with 110-120V power sources. The pre-installed cord includes a 3-prong NEMA 5-15P plug for fast setup. Smooth black glass made by EuroKera creates an attractive, easy-to-clean surface. This cooktop features two 1200W standard 6" elements to accommodate most general cooking needs. NOTE: Due to the 115V operation, a power management function limits the overall output to 1800W. If both elements are in use and the power exceeds 1800W, the cooktop will automatically reduce the power level of the element that is not being adjusted. For maximum user safety, this cooktop is designed with a 30-minute automatic shutoff mechanism. This mechanism disables each burner after half an hour of no user activity to prevent unsupervised cooking. It also shuts down if the power is activated, but there's no activity after one minute, ensuring the elements won't heat if a guest accidentally touches the wrong button. Users can also activate the child lock to prevent unintended changes. The SINCH115V2B is equipped with easy-to-use digital controls that are located up front to comply with ADA guidelines for user accessibility, ensuring users don't have to reach over a hot burner to make adjustments. Once your cooking is finished, a residual heat indicator stays illuminated until the surface has cooled down. This cooktop comes in a popular size ideal for smaller kitchen spaces, including hotel suites and studio apartments. It is designed for installation in common cutouts sized at 10 5/8" W x 19 5/8" D. With its ideal size and advanced safety features, the SINC2B115V is the perfect cooktop to ensure intuitive, safe cooking in a variety of small kitchen settings. For this model with a 220V connection, see unit SINCH230V2B. Additional choices are available, including induction and radiant cooktops in white glass. Browse the full Summit line for more options. NOTE: Induction cooling utilizes magnetized energy that starts inside the cookware, meaning the temperature of the actual cooktop surface does not get nearly as hot as traditional gas or electric elements. Most of the heat is retained inside your cookware, making induction technology the most efficient heating method for your kitchen.

I absolutely love this range. There are multiple burner sizes and the weighted control knobs provide controlled, tactile feedback which I greatly prefer over digital burner controls! The ranges are also wonderful and I like the slide out sturdy rack system. If I could improve this item, I would make an adapter shelf to fill the hole in the air fryer rack when you remove the actual basket because if you leave the rack in without the basket then there is a big hole in the very nice slide out rack which feels wasteful because it then requires removal of the entire unit instead of just the basket .. The product features durable porcelain surfaces designed to better contain spills. The side-mounted knobs help to free up space in front when cooking on the four open 9000 BTU burners. It features battery-start ignition, ideal for remote locations not using standard electrical connections.
