This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges. Tempered glass lid fits securely to keep in heat/moisture and view food. Induction compatible and works on gas, electric, glass, ceramic, halogen, etc. The oven is safe to 500F and a glass lid to 350F. Dishwasher safe.

After waiting weeks and sending several emails to address the situation, I called and was put on hold a very long time. When I finally got ahold of someone I got the results I wanted. Customer service took care of the issue right away which is why I'm updating my review. Saute pan arrived and was not what I expected. I was extremely unhappy when I logged on the website to find this item listed for $20 less and was told they would charge over $11.00 to return. My order totaled over $1,000.
