I have only had my set a short time, but I find myself using the smaller baking sheet daily, it’s the perfect size to set smaller trays on it, or sometimes I have a tray of veggies while I have chicken on parchment paper next to it. I received my 3 piece Tramontina bakeware last fall of 2025. Since then, I’ve used them for baking entree’s and desserts. The dishes bake perfectly and are very easy to clean. They’e also made strong as my grand daughter uses them and she’s hard on ceramicporcelain dishes. They don’t have any chips, cracks or broken pieces anywhere on them.
