Mepra Roasting pan appears to be made of quality stainless steel for even cooking and lifetime use. The lid doesn't fit snugly, which presents the possibility of steam escaping during cooking. After waiting weeks and sending several emails to address the situation, I called and was put on hold a very long time. When I finally got ahold of someone I got the results I wanted. Customer service took care of the issue right away which is why I'm updating my review. Saute pan arrived and was not what I expected. I was extremely unhappy when I logged on the website to find this item listed for $20 less and was told they would charge over $11.00 to return. My order totaled over $1,000. The pan was outstanding but the description of the size ended up confusing. It states 20" but what is that measurement? When the box came it stated 12" pan. I went back to the web site and under the more details I read about the two measurements. I needed to read all the information. Love this beautiful little stock pot! It heats quickly and evenly. I did stir my sauce pretty regularly, but it did not stick to the bottom of the pan at all.
