I purchased this for use as a sewing desk. I absolutely love it. There is plenty of clearanceleg room underneath the desk. TONS of storage with the various shelves and cubby areas. Very bright lighting but the one minor fault I can find with the light is that it’s just a little too far back from the area where I’m sewing. Overall very happy with my purchase! .. Cheryl. Works very well for what I need. Definitely heavy-duty where I build is where it will stay. A lot of work to put together. The description should note that the top is 4 separate pieces. I thought it was one piece—so there are lines where the end pieces and two middle boards meet. Also need more of the brown stick ons to hide the cam locs that face the back. This is a really well-made piece of furniture! It’s heavy, sturdy, and feels solid. Unfortunately, the first one arrived damaged, probably due to shipping, but their customer service was quick and clear. They immediately shipped us a replacement, and the new one arrived perfectly sealed. I really appreciate how smoothly they handled the issue! I can’t wait to use this foldable dining table when family and friends come to visit! P.S. Just a heads-up: this table is lower than a standard dining table, so bar-height stools and taller dining chairs won’t work well with it. Just wanted to share in case that helps anyone! . Jessica.
