Im disappointed with the delivery driver, the driver ripped up my yard, idiot!!! Wayfair should report this person, they know who delivers every item!! See photos!! This futon looks great and was fairly easy to put together. It’s is extremely heavy so I needed help carrying the pieces from the box to the lower level to built it. I can not figure out how to keep the back straight up - it seems to only have recline options so being up against the wall is what’s holding the back up. We got this in the tan color. We put it in a location that wasn't wide enough to accommodate the arms, for now. It is very easy to assemble. While sitting on it, it is firm which I like it. Little disappoint is, it's small in width in sense of sit position. As for example I have other brand sofa almost in the same price range. It has more sit room and space back rest in position but this new one seems to be tightly on this case.
