Its awesome, Great quality, totallyyy not heavy (for me and my 20 friends who helped). The pool part is perfect, poker side is just as good, and the dining top is plenty room for a big spread. It took like 5 minutes (8 hours) to put together and i only got testicular torsion when flipped it over on its legs when finished building it. So a solid 1010 would buy again (if i won the lottery). This pool table has been a fantastic addition to our vacation rental and is absolutely worth the investment. It arrived on a very large pallet and was a bit challenging to unpack, but all of the packaging clearly did its job and everything inside was well protected. Be prepared for a lot of packaging to dispose of. Assembly required two to three people, but once set up the table was perfectly leveled right out of the gate. The felt is in great condition and plays beautifully, making it ideal for renters, families, and casual games. We especially love the versatility. The 72-5/8” x 36-1/4” billiard playfield of this metal corner parlor-style drop pocket table is polyester felt cloth-covered with rubber K818 bumpers for a smooth ball roll of the included 2.25” pool ball set. The top rail and apron of this table are made of MDF and PVC laminated with a wood grain finish, and the playing surface is made of 3/4” thick (18mm) engineered wood. The preassembled table legs are also made of MDF and laminated with a wood grain finish, to create a Modern table style. This table arrived very well packed. There was no damage to its parts. It weighs almost 400 lbs. Three men struggled to bring it in, and the box indicated six men were needed. My husband and son assembled it in a few hours. While there was no problem with the table the delivery men backed into my sons car. This is a great table! We love playing pool and ping pong so it’s been great! It’s very heavy and solid so we were unable to move it into our basement. Nice table overall. There was a bit of damage on one leg but not to where it would be an issue according to the professional installers. It did take them 7 hours to install instead of 3 like they thought. The waterproof cloth was difficult for them to install without some ripples on sides. So I wouldn’t recommend the waterproof due to that. We did use a company Solo installation so it was a highly recommended company. We will be calling them back to see what we can do or if we have to replace the cloth with something else. The table top is fantastic! Way better than I thought it would be. It stays in place beautifully. Love that it is in 3 pieces so it is easy for me to remove and replace. Plenty of leg room underneath table for when you use it as dining or poker game play. High quality table. Just ran into some delivery and setup complications. Those were totally out of Wayfair’s hands. Make sure you have professionals in your area that can set it up for you. It’s also very heavy (supposed to be), getting delivered in my home was an issue too. The delivery guys tried to drop in on my front porch despite the fact that I paid extra for in-home delivery.
