If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

I am so freaking happy about the quality of this chair. Online purchases are such a risk, for quality and comfort. But this chair nails it on both. I sink right into it in the best way possible. I was nervous about it looking sloppy too, because some of the review pics made it seem like the slip cover was messy but it's not and it steamed out beautifully. It's definitely a performance fabric (i got the blue and white striped), so it's not a super soft material but i can tell will hold up wonderfully with my two dogs. Highly Recommend.. Laura. Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway. This ottoman is the perfect addition to any other piece in your home. The classic clean lines make it easy to pair with other furniture and tie together any living space!

I purchased my ottoman to go with my previously purchased sectional. It looks great . No complaints… the craftsmanship, everything about it is wonderful. My only gripe is with FedEx. The ottoman was shipped to me and the box was completely destroyed, and the inner wrap had been torn away and it looks like FedEx may have re-taped it haphazardly with some package tape. I don’t know how it got to me with just a small black smudge. I was thankful. Loving it now.. Joyce. Lufkin, TX. Fri May 22 2026
