Received bench which 1 side support and end major flaws - filled and covered up a miss-drilled hole in 1 end piece and a splice one side rail. Would never have purchased without a serous discount if at all. I have neither time or patience to undo partial assembly and rebox to return. Seem to be other comments after reading many more of them. Not a one off issue, buyer beware. Also has protective slides on the legs in white, on dark wood. This bench exceeded my expectations. You never really know what you’re going to get based on photos. Yes they do help but wow I’m so impressed. It smells like real wood because it is. Super easy to assemble. The first set of screws take some time as they’re placed in a tighter spot but after that it was smooth sailing. I’m obsessed with this bench it’s so beautiful!! Also the hardware comes packaged so that you cut off the top and they’re all in little pockets which I felt was not intentional by the supplier but super helpful when putting together and keeping things organized. Very easy to put together. Hardest part was moving one of the boxes from the door to my room, otherwise the individual pieces were fairly lightweight. I LOVE the way it looks! I was worried it’d be too low, but the arms nestle under my window sill nicely. It’s wide and comfortable and the cushion is the perfect level of firmness.
