Came quickley , packaged well, no damage!! I purchaed the 20" for a small powder room so it came assembled. The color goes great with wy wood floor which was a big plus!! It is pretty strudy and well built. We had to cut out part of the top shelf to go around the pumbing of a new faucet. But it stilll gives me a littl room on ea side for storage of toiletries. Fits perfect for the small space. We refinished the wood molding trim and had to trim a few pieces down to install and anchor vanity to the wall. Very happy with over all look and quality.. Jo. This vanity exceeded my expectations. VERY solid construction, the finish was accurate to the pictures, the countertop has a nice honed appearance and I appreciate the storage of the slant out top drawer- a feature you don’t often find in bath vanities. General ordering consideration- there is a narrow removable section in the shelf for your drain, but if your plumbing doesn’t line up square, you can forego the shelf or do some modification via cutting to fit your set up. Loving this vanity. The finish and materials are beautiful. Very well built and also very heavy. The hardest part of installation was lifting it in place to fit onto the cleats. It is easiest to install as much of your plumbing for the faucets as possible before you put it on the wall as it is difficult to reach inside and up around the sink. I happened to have a hydraulic lift cart which was key to the installation. Stunning piece. It was out of stock for several weeks but I waited because it’s what I really wanted. Great for older homes where plumbing runs through the floor and you want that hidden. Hard to find vanities that don’t leave an opening at the bottom where dirt and dust just gather. Easy fix for plumbing supply lines with cutting a small square in the back.
