I really love the overall look of these stools. The legs are slim and delicate, so they have a much lighter visual footprint than most similar bar stools, and the upholstered seats are comfortable. Unfortunately, I did have some quality/alignment issues. After assembling two stools, the footrests weren’t completely straight, the seats sat slightly crooked, and one stool had a noticeable wobble. Assembly itself was very simple (another bonus), so these seemed to be manufacturing/alignment issues rather than assembly problems. The swivel is not too "loose" which means that the seat stays put when you're getting in and out. The seat swivels with just the right amount of effort and the base does not extend past the seat when turned, so no uncomfortable pokes to the legs.
