This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend.. Extremely disappointing purchase. The table I received is nothing like what is represented in the listing. The measurements are inaccurate, and when folded, the panels do not even match the size of the ends of the table. The construction and overall quality are shockingly poor for the price. The product photos are also highly misleading. They appear to have been significantly digitally altered or potentially AI generated, because they do not accurately represent what the actual table looks like. I consider this a serious concern regarding deceptive advertising. I am a loyal Wayfair customer and have purchased many items from Wayfair, but this experience has completely changed my perception of the company. Customer service also refused to adequately address the issue despite the product being materially different from what was advertised. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding the misleading product representation. I strongly recommend that other customers look very carefully at the actual dimensions and construction before purchasing this table.. Marie. Laval, QC. Mon Sep 14 2026

Easy to assemble, perfect size for my condo. Sturdy and classy ! Highly recommended.. Darlene. NV. Sat Sep 12 2026

Really easy to build and very sturdy but I was missing a whole set of screws. I think they accidentally put in more of another set because I had more than enough to build the piece and it works perfectly as I imagine it should. Also, the hinges are visible when it’s folded and very visible because it’s silver on dark walnut but it is what it is. It’s sturdy, doesn’t wobble and the table top is flat when it’s up. Can’t complain for the price and it does exactly what I needed - take up very little square footage. Judy. Nyack, NY. Thu Jun 11 2026

I think this is better than the price. It super easy to put together (put on the 4 legs and that’s it) and super easy to extend. It is very small when closed (which is what I wanted). The extension works on metal slides which isn’t often seen on inexpensive tables. It looks great, too. As you can see, my eating book has been overtaken by a bog bed, dog food container, and dog water bowl so I needed something really small. I’m a fan!. Elizabeth. Wilmington, DE. Tue Aug 04 2026

This table was packed well and took a couple minutes to unbox and lay out for assembly. From start to finish it took me, by myself, 2 hours to assemble. It would have probably been easier with the weight and size, if two people assembled it. The directions were clear and precise. In the end, this table is beautiful and I’m very happy with it. I love the size and the storage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!. Cheryl. Corona, CA. Wed Jul 01 2026
