We really love the look of this concrete bench—it's a beautiful, modern piece that fits perfectly with our style. Although it was advertised as an outdoor bench, the product arrived with a note advising against exposure to direct elements. We also noticed a fine concrete dust rubbing off, suggesting it may not be fully sealed. Since we live in a mountain climate with frequent rain and snow, it unfortunately wasn’t suitable for our outdoor space. That said, I think this bench would work wonderfully in warmer, drier areas (like Southern California, or other areas that have fair weather). Wayfair’s customer service was excellent and quickly helped us resolve the issue, which we truly appreciate. The cushion cover is water‑repellent. For long‑term durability, we recommend bringing cushions indoors during heavy rain or winter. The frames can stay out. Q: Is assembly difficult? I’m not handy. A: You’ll be fine. Most people finish in about 30 minutes. The manual is clear, and all tools are included. No drilling. Attach the legs, put on the cushions – done.
