We love our new addition to our patio. It was packaged well and arrived in pristine condition which was my biggest worry. Set-up was super easy and took 20 minutes. It states on the description that it does not include a fire pit cover but it came with one and it also came with lava rocks. Plenty of room to place a drink or small plate of food around the edge of the pit and it gives off plenty of heat. Last night was 55 degrees out and we were quite cozy sitting around the fire pit. This is so beautiful. Just what I wanted! I did not use the bottom piece because I wanted the fireplace to be shorter than the window. Assembly of the mantle was straightforward. The stone parts came in one box, the mantle piece in another, and the heating element/fireplace in the third. It was so easy to setup! The entire unboxing, putting it together and cleanup took just about 1 hour. I do recommend a second person to help with setup because it is a big fireplace over 5 feet wide and 4 feet tall. The fireplace comes with a remote control and you can change the color of the fire, the intensity of the heat, the brightness of the flame and it turns on and off with the push of a button. You can also use the fireplace without the heater turned on if you just want to enjoy the ambience of the fireplace. IIt is recommended for use in 120 volt 3-prong outlets.
