It’s a two piece concrete birdbath it’s pretty big compared to standard ones. I made the perimeter bigger on the bottom . I will put some nice plants underneath. Well... I like it and keeping it, love the amount of water it holds, but... disappointed that I was told it was separate base and top and instead it's one piece, which makes it harder to dump and clean, and also heavier to move. And I guess I should have realized the nice leaf pattern on the inside doesn't show when filled with water, ah well. Also, looking at color samples they show "fluted", but base is more like a woodgrain. Delivery team was great, and yes I like it enough to keep, but don't think I would have picked this one or spent this much on it all things considered. Thx - Linda. Linda. Roseville, MI. However, if a fountain bowl must be left outside, remove all pumps, rubber stoppers, drain pipes, finials, and small components, and cover the top with burlap or any absorbent material (old blanket/towel) and then wrapped with dark plastic, making sure that water does not accumulate in the basin and freeze. Fountain pumps, finials, and other small components should be stored indoors. Check the fountain periodically to ensure that the cover is secure and water is not accumulating in any fountain component. Cast stone products provide timeless beauty to your garden or landscape.
