I’m extremely happy with this ceramic frying pan purchase. It’s safe for metal spatulas and spoons and it is absolutely nonstick, which I love because you don’t even have to use oil when cooking certain things. It’s not extremely large, but it’s got a tall rim so you can cook things in it and then when you bake it’s a deeper pan. I have used these pans for many years. As you know, non-stick last for a while, but these seem to last for years. I was first introduced to these pans while at chef school. Heating is even and uniform, non-stick is excellent, and they come with removeable insulated handle, should you want to finish under the broiler.
