Nice office chair. I like the lumbar support. As someone else indicated the arms do push down (see pic) so keep that in mind if you tend to use the arm rest when you stand up. Assembly was easy enough for one person but two would make it faster.. Erika. Sun Jun 07 2026

Its 360° swivel base and smooth-rolling casters make shifting direction and gliding around your desk effortless. Plus, a three-level tilt lock mechanism lets you customize your recline angle for dynamic seating control.

In our house, we’ve been through about a dozen different office chairs (thanks to working from home and teenagers who sit in theirs for both homework and gaming). We’ve tried a number of different brands of office and gaming chairs at different price points. And unfortunately, we were disappointed in this chair for the price. The chair looked nice, had a comfortable but breathable mesh seat, and claimed to have all the features we tend to look for: adjustable seat height, arm height, headrest, and lumbar support. The foot rest looked like a nice bonus. But once we put the chair together, we found we could not make the seat height or lumbar support adjust. It isn’t clear whether the hydraulic switches were malfunctioning, but if so, the manufacturer may be able to provide support or a replacement and fix the issue. The headrest only moved a small amount to adjust it, and this was not controlled by the same switches. It was also very tough to move up and down to the right height. The footrest was also difficult to pull out to use. The star-shaped base was plastic and came with some scuffs on it. I loved that the chair came with a good assembly manual. However, some steps were lacking in detail and were very small to try to see.. Emily. Snohomish, WA. Sun Jun 21 2026

Excellent office chair. The cream color looks even better in person and fits perfectly with our office aesthetic. It’s very comfortable for long workdays, with great lumbar support and plenty of adjustment options. The recline feature is especially nice and lets you relax in a natural position while still feeling supported. Assembly was straightforward, and the overall quality feels solid. Very happy with this purchase!. Anonymous. Mon Jun 01 2026

well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Good size and comfortable. The option to move the massage feature from your back, to your head to removing it entirely and still having a cushion to replacement was a nice surprise. Only reason it loses a star is due to the fact the assembly instructions aren't entirely clear. It lacks specific details that would be very helpful and you're left to interpreting the images. Made the assembly more difficult than it actually is. Also, a nit pick is I wish I could raise the chair a bit higher, but overall satisfied with the purchase.. Michael. North York, ON. First, it's pretty. Since I work at home, it's nice to not have a boring office chair in my house. I admit that my assistant put it together, (sounds bougier than it is, she loves doing this kind of this and asked if she could.) She said it was super easy. I like the adjustment capabilities. I can get it to exactly how I need it to work sitting upright or in a virtual meeting etc. The best part is when I want to chill on a call or because I'm about to pull my hair out, I can recline and use the footrest. The lumbar is phenomenal. I've had it only a few weeks, but I can't think of one thing I would change except to have gotten it sooner.. Paula. Grosse Pointe Woods, MI. Sat Jul 25 2026

It was pretty simple to assemble the chair. The chair is nice and comfortable for the price.
