So far so good. Assembly and setup was very easy. Took 30 minutes but, I took a lot of breaks. Could have been 15 if I charged right at it. The chair is pretty comfortable and the material feels very soft and inviting. The color I ordered was Pewter and it's the same as the website shows. The heat and massage are just OK. Heat is weak and massage is so-so. Plus the massage zones don't really match up to my body very well. Maybe I'm built wrong. It’s perfect because I’m a bigger girl, but I can sit with my legs criss crossed in it and pull my little laptop desk up to me or I can relax in it and kick my feet up to watch TV.
