I ordered these chairs for my airbnb and have had them just about a year now. They are super comfy and good quality and have held up well (so far) to usage. There was a minor manufacturing defect on the stitching of one of the chairs, but wayfair gave me a discount on the product since it didn't warrant returning (still functional). Overall, I'd buy these again. I also have been able to get occasional stains/spots out of the fabric - I have the grey padded one so maybe it's less noticeable with those. Loved that the chair is all black, love the vinyl material, that it is strong enough to hold me (275 pounds), that it isn't heavy and has the handle on top, is comfortable, fits under the desk beautifully, slides well, but there is a down side as well. Chairs need to have a seat height option of at least 20-22 inches for some who experience knee issues (I hope Flash Furniture sees this). Hence the lower star rating.
