I ordered blue, but the string color looked more translucent gray than blue. Im not too picky about this color, so it was fine with me. I was hoping that the string lights would gradually change color like a mood light, but unfortunately it doesnt do that. It changes color in the blink of an eye. I do like that there are many options for colors, even seasonal ones. Theres a couple that show all the colors as well. You do have to choose a color from the top half of the remote for it to show with the light settings on the 8 bottom buttons.
