This bookcase is really lovely. I had been looking for an antique bookshelf and just was not finding anything that was in good condition and in my price range. Perfect! This chair worked out for us so well I bought a 2nd. I tried out a similar looking chair in the furniture store that was about 2000. The 2k chair was definitely more cushy comfortable but the look is the same. This chair is a little firm but is wide , deep and back support high enough to be comfortable. The assembly wasnt as easy as some upholstery chairs Ive purchased but it wasnt complicated. I ended up turning the chair over and putting part of it on my sofa to attach the back.
