This is a nice loft bed set and while slightly more expensive than other sets it is worth the money. This set has the best layout in my opinion for under the bed and that alone is worth the extra cost. It took me about 3.5 hours to fully assemble by myself moving at a relaxed pace. The parts and instructions are labeled fairly well with one extra of each screw. I have not anchored it to the wall yet but it is very sturdy even being on carpet. My daughter wanted a loft bed and this one was the prefect size. The desk is great for home work. The double bed is a great size. Installation was about 6 hours but is understandable give the size of the bed. The stairs are my favorite part as they make it very easy to get up and down.
