Came without o ring/ gaskets and will take almost 2weeks to get replacements…meanwhile our pool sits without working pump but no one seems to care about that this is a major problem. I asked for info on how to return without original box and was told they would email it ( have not recieved this info) I have done a lot of purchasing from Wayfair..I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service. We just installed it as we owned our pool. The plug piece came with the thumbscrew piece broken when we received it. It didnt seem to be a big issue. But when we hooked everything up and pulled the plug from the pool so water could flow into the pump its leaking like a geyser. This image is showing the leak after we plugged the pill hose back up..
