I am reviewing this before the recipient has used it. Her bathroom is being remodeled and it is a gift. We think it looks awesome and will work great, but I will need to come back to update this review. I can say it is very sturdy, not too heavy, and quite simple and attractive in appearance. The capacity looks great, even for bath sheets and robes. I like the two settings option, too, as well as the auto off. This would go - and physically fit - almost anywhere there was a little space. It does plug into the wall and has about a 5 foot cord (60") from the outside edge of the unit to the end attached to the plug-in prong piece. It's neutral enough to look good in most any bathroom. I was proud to give it as a gift and she seemed thrilled. It's an affordable guilty pleasure! NOTE: There are actually three more pages to the 'manual' that I've pictured here. Heres a detailed review. First off, the wrap on this is absolutely horrendous. After using it once, the white wrap started peeling off, I literally thought it was protective film so I started peeling it off. When I saw how hard it was to remove the film under screws and the top cap of the unit, I realized this was actually a wrap, and is supposed to have a white body not a stainless body. The stainless is super warped looking on the side where I peeled the wrap, instead of good quality steel. so it makes it look cheap. Ill leave the wrap on the side that clients see. It does want to tip forward naturally because of its design. Luckily I store hot stones in it, so its heavy and wont tip forward, but if you just use it for towels, be cautious opening the door. I think it needs more shelving to fit more. i retrofitted and old wire shelf from an old cabby to fit in there for additional storage. I love that it has a timer and can set the tempurature. Works well and heats fast. The different heat settings are helpful if you want to warm lotion to avoid the cold-lotion "yikes". Have not tried it with massage oil. I’m still moving into my place but I needed a fridge that was narrow and this is perfect. I love the look and the inside looks more spacious than I expected. The fridge gets five stars. Wayfair gets zero. This was the most painful delivery process imaginable. When you order you get a delivery window with the information that you can specify what day you want it delivered once the order is processed. When that time came, I went online and chose my delivery day as the one they initially provided me was before I’d be moved into my new house. Everything seemed fine until I got text messages about it being delivered the original day. I went online again to see why it reverted back and I couldn’t even get to the page without it crashing. Same on the app. Customer service was awful. I finally talked to someone from their large parcel delivery team who was super friendly and help me reschedule again, confirming with me that I was all set. Until the original date comes around I start getting text messages about it being on its way and to reply to the text if there’s an issue. Of course there’s an issue, I’ve rescheduled more than once now. Replying back as instructed of course did nothing. I finally talked to the delivery people and told them I don’t live there yet and that I’ve rescheduled more than once, they were great and basically echoed how horrible this company is to deal with. So now I’m at a point where I have to wait for them to put it in as undeliverable and reschedule, though of course my original date I had confirmed twice is no longer available so book it for two days later than desired. This day finally comes around and I am tracking the delivery online and everything looks okay. Wouldn’t you know it, Wayfair calls me and says they’re calling to confirm that I’ve requested to reschedule for another five days later! I don’t even know where they pulled that BS from but I was like look, it’s out for delivery and if it doesn’t make it here I’m just returning it and going somewhere else, it’s not worth it at this point. The delivery guys did show up and were great, and like the others from the week before echoed that they’re not surprised by the miserable customer service and ordering process.
