I’m quite impressed with this washer. I’m a mom of 5 kids and 2 dogs. This one is cleaning as well as my front load at home. The capacity isn’t better than I thought it would be. Love my new dryer. My old LG was slowly dying and taking forever to dry. This new one is quick and efficient. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient. I also like the duo door which is convenient for loading and unloading. Overall very happy and no complaints. My previous dryer lasted 14 years so I'm hoping this one does too.. Dee Do. Bronx, NY. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence.
