I bought this for my birthday party spillover out on my deck in Oregon in October. It was rainy and cold! I did not have super high hopes, given all the tents and reviews I searched up. I'm happy to say that this 10x20 tent was great! Nothing ripped, bent or broke. It was a little difficult to put up, only because it's big and it takes a little strength to extend and pop all the legs in place. 4 people are really best to pull out the legs and extend the tent fully. The sides went up easy with Velcro attachments and looked really nice. We had propane fire pit going and everyone stayed dry and warm, even with a little bit of wind. It held up well, with no wind. The poles at the bottom are a must, or else it is not sturdy enough. You need more anchors spikes for the connectors at the floor poles. It was only enough for 2 per connector and there were 4 holes. Thinking ahead I ordered more. I did not use the ropes. It felt secure enough. It turned out perfect for my Aunts 80th birthday party!!!
