The pictures were ok to put together, but at one point I realized I had part of the bottom box wall upsidedown and this was preventing me from being able to screw the base part to the shoe rack box part. I figured it out easily enough but someone may not notice the lineup is wrong like I did and have the same problem. Also, it is almost impossible to screw in one of the top bolts. This hall tree is just what I needed. Did not realize how buying this and using it for our shoes and hats can easily make everything look so out together inside my house. The parts received were complete. The only thing I did not like was how hard it was to screw in the hooks. Make sure you have a screw driver (a really better one) because your fingers will hurt. You really have to put some effort in screwing then in. If you have an electric drill , use it. Everything was a breeze until I had to put the hooks in. Packaging was not impressive. It seemed the box and even the thin styrofoam would have prevented damage if someone dropped this package. Box was very flimsy. But thankfully, nothing was damaged when it was received.
