Docking one star per chair leg that shouldn’t have made it through quality control. 2 star item. Bought this as a surprise for my mom’s new cottage at the beach before she comes to visit next week. The chair looks great, the chair part itself feels like good quality and looks exactly like the photos. However, 3 of the 4 legs have misaligned screw holes making them impossible to properly attach. I have contacted support the manufacturer and will update this review if I receive any type of resolution, but for now it’s a pretty big disappointment to have a chair that isn’t usable. I ordered this chair knowing I probably shouldn’t and was going to send it back. When it arrived I looked at it in the packaging for two days not fully put together. I am in love with just how darn cute this chair is! Arrived well packed, took 20 minutes to assemble (very easy) and the grey stripe pattern matches the posting very well. A 360 degree finished look. Few things 1. Box is heavy - need two people to carry inside 2. The chair cushion is firm but comfy - and because of that, I find sits a bit high. Am hoping with time seat cushion will mellow a bit. 3. My husband and I are both under 6’ I can see if you are taller than that the chair especially in reclined mode will not fit you well. 4. The chair does fully recline to an almost horizontal mode you just need to pull the chair away from the wall if you have it close to allow space.
