This is my second time purchasing this set. The first set lasted seven years and three moves. I have nothing bad to say- the set up is easy and we didn’t run into any issues. I built the chairs myself which took about 1.5 hours for all four. My husband built the table which took him about an hour. All the pieces are very sturdy and good quality. Around year five we added some extra screws to the table base, but this was probably only needed due to disassembling and reassembling the table multiple times. The fabric is soft to the touch, gives you a cozy feeling and I love that it is all washable. The chair requires some assembly, which only takes about 15 minutes to get everything out of the box and ready to sit on. It does sit a bit low to the floor but it is very comfortable and being oversized gives you plenty of room. I really like it! I had my doubts as we were taking it out of the box. I thought it looked too big. And too white. But now surrounded by chairs and the couch, it's perfect. It's really cute and the shabby chic distressed-look is just right. You may get splinters a bit however along the edges. So if you're looking for upscale and formal, this may not work for you. Few things 1. Box is heavy - need two people to carry inside 2. The chair cushion is firm but comfy - and because of that, I find sits a bit high. Am hoping with time seat cushion will mellow a bit. 3. My husband and I are both under 6’ I can see if you are taller than that the chair especially in reclined mode will not fit you well. 4. The chair does fully recline to an almost horizontal mode you just need to pull the chair away from the wall if you have it close to allow space.
