Beautiful placemats. One was a little wonky but that’s to be expected with shell. I did read the description and it didn’t mention any backing. I was hoping it was a mistake...but it was right. No backing whatsoever. So they slide on the table very easily, which kind of defeats the purpose in my opinion. I used some clear rubber sticky backed dots to fix this and am happy with my purchase.
