This chair is beautiful, comfortable, and brilliant in the ways that you have various settings. Just sitting in it like in the first picture, it’s very comfortable. Then you have a choice of raising the headrest up while just sitting in it, or raise the head rest up and recline. We searched for ten minutes for the remote, before found control buttons on left side of seat cushion , so no remote to lose. The fabric is lovely, I chose the white and love it! The chair is comfortable and silent as advertised. So easy to put together. Unfortunately the packing was not strongsturdy enough for the weight of the chair and it arrived damaged with the box destroyed. The arm pulled away from the base. It’s a heavy piece and there was no reinforcement of the box. Thankfully it looks fixable and we have the tools and skills to fix it.
