Couch is smaller then expected and they missed delivering a piece so had to wait for a new one to be sent back out. Color is good..but it really short. Anonymous. Fri Oct 23 2026

Way bigger than what u expected. I just got it, so I wanna know if the wrinkles are gonna come out and if the couch will get taller but overall very nice couch. It’s a really nice color. The back isn’t tall but it just opened.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 01 2026

Experience unparalleled comfort with this modular couch, featuring a clean and classic design. The wide and deep seats promote relaxation while the supportive head pillows alleviate cervical pressure.

This sectional is quite comfortable with moderately firm cushions and a nicely versatile ottoman. It took us about 4 hours to fully unbox and assemble. Unfortunately, there are 2 fabric injuries that are impossible to hide. One of the boxes had a rip in it that had been resealed with packing tape. As a result the fabric was badly damaged. I'll see if Wayfair can just replace the one piece. Other that that, I'm very pleased.. Quenten. Hesperia, CA. Fri Feb 13 2026

Create the perfect family gathering space with our 10-piece modular sofa set. This expansive sofa design allows everyone to have their own personal spot, while still fostering connection and shared enjoyment. Relax, unwind, and savor each moment with your loved ones on this comfortable haven.

This was technically the third couch I tried ordering off of Wayfair due to long wait times and back orders. I took a risk to order this one, I am glad I didn’t have any issues. I love it. Took around 2 hours to put together and very sturdy. Good quality and fast shipping!. Anonymous. Sun Oct 25 2026

From the moment you touch the sofa, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to enhance your comfort, layer by layer. We’ve carefully considered the soft fabric that meets your skin, the initial cushioning feel when you sit down, the balanced support that absorbs your body weight, and finally, the enveloping embrace that completes the experience.

No where does the description say this is a boneless sofa. I specifically did NOT want a boneless sofa. The upholstery is not velvet which is what was listed in the description. It's a scratchy nubby material and it is not the color shown. The pillows didn't inflate at all and the bottom and back cushions are uneven. There is nothing "cloud" about it. I did not receive a sofa that looks remotely like the one pictured. I feel duped and will be returning. I expected better from Wayfair.. Julie. Fort Wayne, IN. Tue Sep 01 2026

I love this sofa so much! I cant find anything negative to say about it. In the past, I had a modular sofa that was soft and low, but this one is high and firm. It comes in three large boxes, all you have to do is cut the plastic and wait a few hours for them to fully expand. They have velcro at the bottom to attach the pieces together, but its so heavy that its not really needed. This sofa feels like excellent quality and is perfect for a family with young children..
