This is a lovely cloud modular sectional. The cushions are firm foam, but are comfortable. The fabric is nice and soft and the covers are washable. I love that it can be configured into different seating options. It also has side pockets which is super convenient! My only complaint is that the sofa does not support your neck, as the back and cushions are set pretty low. I would not recommend this for an older person or someone with mobility issues.. Jessica. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. I this is ginormous set!! very easily to assemble The shipment was fast and it came in five boxes. And it does feel like a cloud in fact, you can hardly sit up straight on it. That’s probably the downfall. that’s one of the things I don’t like about it , it doesn’t have a lot of back support.. and the three sections happen to be in the most inconvenient places if you’re trying to lay down . But the quality is great. I love the feel of the leather. I think the cushions could stand a little more firmness because I think you’re laying on it for a little while you start to feel the boards. other than that, it’s a beautiful set.. Pamela. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. Well... I like it, but not exactly what we thought it would be. Especially when it shows up in 3 boxes. They for sure got it all in the boxes. Everything is vacuumed sealed. And it took more to put it together then I expected. Almost returned it, but now its together and the cushions are almost fluffed up, we give it a try.
