Open Box buyer beware. While the sofa quality seems like it would be a nice quality, I received the following: Received: Black felt covered SIDE base 2 odd covers (maybe arm covers?) DIDN’T RECEIVE: center base with cover Back support with cover Bottom cushion with cover Back cushion with cover 4 feet I didn’t receive ANYTHING that I ordered and customer service wouldn’t send me a replacement. They offered a refund and the hassle that went along with it. 2 hours on the phone texting customer service and 4 additional calls trying to get to a supervisor who was in the end worthless. And now I’m stuck with the additional hassle of getting rid of the useless “chair” parts which will not be easy. (Excuse the missing baseboards, we are remodeling.). Christie. North Charleston, SC. Delivery came on the second day of the window the provided me. Delivery guys were friendly and polite. I got all my boxes (9) at once with nothing missing. The couch was really easy to set up. It took me 2 hours by myself. Unboxing the pieces took the longest. Couch is firm but felt comfy at first. Now having lived with it for a few month, I absolutely hate it. I can't lay on it for more than an hour before my back starts to hurt. This is due to the gaps between each piece. The pillows are only partially full, the fabric has flattened quicker than expected. As well, the I am constantly losing remotes, cell phones etc between the cracks as they are wider than expected. Would not recommend unless this is for occasional use only. Anonymous. CA. We just received this couch a few days ago and so far we are really enjoying it! Love the camel color we bought and it was so easy to set up out of the package and unwrap. Took shape immediately and the material is very soft and comfortable to sit on. Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids.
