The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. This system was installed for me by a renovation crew working on my new home. I am told that it was easy to assemble and appears to be spacious and sturdy. However, it is not trimmable and was slightly too wide for the space; the website says it can be cut to fit. Great storage system for small closets! We were originally trying to find a short dressed to fit in this shallow closet but this was a way better solution and much better use of vertical space. It was a lot sturdier and heavier than we had imagined which was a nice surprise. We had bought the add on top shelf to extend the upper shelf space but realized our closet wasn’t tall enough to accommodate it which is fine and now we have this small hidden storage spot on top. Its really sturdy, easy to put together, and came with lots of different brackets and braces to help customize it. I did end up modifying it to fit my small walk-in closet which was about 43x72 so I didnt use the two shelves that came with it. I was afraid of cutting the shelves since it did come with a warning that it should only be cut by professionals. Love my closet now. Before, there were two shallow shelves at the top and two clothing rods on either side of the closet with so much wasted space. I’m worried the weight of my coats will rip the screws out of the wood eventually. Otherwise very happy with this purchase. loved the final assembly piece but I believe the predrilled holes for the adjustable bars could have been place further back closer to the wall. seems the way they are it leaves a lot of free space behind the clothes hung. my system was large and required two men to work on it. the younger of the two men -Phillip_ was constantly boasting about himself but come down to working his partner is by far much more thorough. Phil left earlier than his partner Ed who ended up correcting much of what Phil left undone.. I am disappointed in Angi as these guys are mostly present to give you their card for any future jobs we may have at "at a cheaper rate than Angi". Really impressed with how easy it was to put together. I did have to have the shelves cut down to fit my closet, but I knew that going into purchasing and I also cut down one of the metal rods as well because the far side is short shorter (by my design).
