Love this! Debated about the purchase for a while, but finally went for it, and my cats are in love. Its sturdy and assembly instructions are straight forward. Plenty of room for both of my large cats (about 12-14 lbs each). I added some finer screening around it to keep bugs out (just stapled it to the frame) and created a wood frame that fits inside my window so it can be secured without attaching it to the exterior of my house. My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. Differences in temperature and humidity may impact the suction cup's flexibility, leading to the formation of air bubbles and which can lead to a potential detachment from the surface. Make sure to test the system often and clean both the surface and suction cups whenever needed.

This little desk mounted cat bed exceeded my expectations even when I installed it in a non traditional way. I have mine mounted onto a little side table in our living room between two arm chairs. One of our cats loves to sit with us but also have her own space. This was a perfect solution to that. As long as it is positioned so that the cat bed is over the center of the side table it is incredibly sturdy. She is somewhere between thirteen to fifteen pounds and has no issues jumping onto and off of the cat bed. It doesnt wobble or shake the side table so the space is still usable for glasses or other little things. Assembly was easy i did it myself in about seven minutes. The bed is large enough for her to stretch out on or just curl up and take a nap. My cats are happy with it so im happy with it. It is quite hefty as a heads up the support arms are metal and the pivot works well to move her around and out of the way. This thing is a beast. The company that makes it usually sells it for over $1000. This is the place to buy. The instructions weren't crystal clear but we got the hang of it. There were a couple of random springs with no instructions as to what to do with them. AI came in handy. There was one piece of metal that was slightly bent and prevented the top grate from sliding in but it was easily remedied with a mallet. It is precisely 30dx40w without the skirt. I'm not impressed with the wooden dowels and am ordering other types of perches to install. For this price those tiny little side issues were totally worth it. I’ve been looking for one with kind of measurements and with some adjustments to the structure (for our needs and wants) this has been great. The instructions were pictures which I thought were a challenge, and a few pieces were cracked.. I used glue and packing tape for repair. But not with removing a star. I skipped the braces ( first steps so I could put it together in the house ) when my husband and I could assemble this outdoors I did end up replacing some of the upper parts with the same wire as the bottom. I purchased at tractor supply then replaced the two doors with just wire ( a good stapler is needed.) The big door at the bottom I added an extra lock so it gives me the access needed for “just in case” my cats would run in if I shake the treat jar. I got two pieces of strapping for the top to support the top by the roof and one for the center just for additional support. I am able to use power tools but I didn’t want to come up with the big design so honestly this is great! This catio is a game changer!! My daughter’s cat is obsessed with it! Package arrived fast, but the box was completely damaged. All the hardware was scattered inside of the box. Instructions are included which made it easy to assemble.
