Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. These turned out great! They've been on the floor for 2 weeks and there has not been any lifting or bubbling. When installing, I made sure the floor were clean and did my best to get the tiles as tightly fit together as possible, using the claw end of a hammer to really push/pull the tiles together for as seamless of a fit as possible. Ordered the cream. It seems to have a blue-gray cast to it. I bought 8 boxes, and 3 boxes had chips on top and bottom pieces, mostly on corners. I have not installed, but I did open each box to inspect and played with “locking”. I like the feel of the vinyl tiles and hope that these live up to their warranty. I got a great sale price in the wayfair app…saved about 1.50 sq ft. Finally installed. It was difficult to get these to lock and fakll flat. A lot of tapping. Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely.
