This was just what I needed. I have two cats and just moved into a place with a patio and screen. My cats are indoor cats but they like to look out the door. When they see me outside, they scratch the screen to get out or to get my attention. Having this plexiglass to protect the screen was key! Not only is it saving me a replacement screen, but it allows me to go in and out by stepping over the plexiglass and preventing them to run out, AND they get to see what’s going on out there without any problem. It’s easy to clean and has the transparency of glass without the fear of breakage.. Anonymous. Cambridge, MA. Fri Jul 03 2026

This scratch-resistant table protector is highly recommended for protecting the surface of furniture. It is suitable for wooden/marble/glass tables, dining tables, etc., protecting your expensive furniture from damage. Due to the possibility of shrinkage, the actual size of the circular table mat may be slightly larger than the advertised size. When placed on the table, it may look slightly oval at first, but it will shrink back into a circle after a while.

This heavy-duty tempered glass chair mat from Modern Chair Mat Co. combines expert craftsmanship with top-grade materials to create a product that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. Constructed of ¼” thick safety glass, the mat is rated to hold over 1,000 pounds. The smooth, scratch-resistant surface offers user improved ergonomics versus plastic and vinyl alternatives, plus the glass mat will not crack, curl, or discolor. A proprietary ShockShield bumper system is included with every chair mat. Once (optionally) installed, the soft bumpers keep the mat firmly in place and provide advanced protection again incidentally dropped objects. Choose between two edge types, including the exclusive Taper-fect edge, which allows users to roll on and off the chair mat with ease. Also choose between two colors, including the advanced Ultra-Clear color, which eliminates the slight green tint associated with standard tempered glass. The chair mat works well on hardwood, tile, low-pile carpet, and high-pile carpet.

The chair mat arrived today in perfect condition and my grandson and I installed it because it’s a little bit on the heavy side about 140 pounds but we got it in place and put the little feet on the bottom of it and I’ve been sitting on my office chair for about half an hour, and I can move it very easily where when I sat on the carpet for half an hour, the office chair was about impossible to move because it had sunk down and I have not flush carpet, but I have fairly thick carpet and a fairly thick foam pad underneath so this is absolutely perfect and I give it five stars and if I had 10 stars, I’d give it 10 stars.
