We love this vinyl carpet protector for our stairs. It looks very nice, is non-slip and confirms easily to the stairs and stays in place with a minimal number of staples. I selected this runner for the sole purpose of protecting my carpet from my dogs messes. It would better serve a long narrow hall but i don’t have that so I used it underneath my dog’s crate.
